This year marks the fourth annual Valentines for Soldiers event in Houston! We're anticipating another wonderful evening and hope you'll join us at the Saint Arnold Brewing Company, 2000 Lyons Ave, 77020.
Our event is a eating, drinking, crafting, and care-packing-making extravaganza designed to raise money for veterans organizations Team Red, White, & Blue (Team RWB) and the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) and to send Valentine's Day cheer to U.S. troops serving abroad.
Here's how the evening works:
--$10 gets you entry into the Saint Arnold brewery. $5 of that will be donated directly to WWP!
--Browse our bake sale, featuring sweet and savory items from some of Houston's best pastry chefs and
home bakers. We'll have plenty of goodies for you to enjoy with your beer and to take home for later.
Proceeds from the bake sale go toward mailing care packages to soldiers; any excess will be donated to Team RWB.
--Craft tables will be set up so that you can get creative and make valentines to send to troops overseas
and veterans here at home.
--Two of Houston's best food trucks--H Town StrEATS & Koagie Hots will be outside in the parking lot, ready to feed you! They are generously donating 5% of their proceeds as well.
